| General | We have identified and removed legacy references in the database that were preventing customers turning off Grouping Agents/Breakdowns. While Grouping Agents are a very useful feature that can separate your projects into separate parts (subframes, sashes, etc.), we are aware this may not be used commonly by customers or across all projects as it does restrict the ability to adjust some things (including pricing) at an item level.
Groupings will be set to run automatically in your database. To change this to Manual, go to Settings – Options, select Quote and in the Group Breakdowns tab, change ‘Group Breakdown Creation’ to ‘Manual’. If you need assistance with this, please contact Software Support or view this instruction sheet. Changing this setting will affect your Reports. |
