12-18 Albert Street, Richmond is a high-quality seven-floor commercial office precinct in Melbourne’s Inner East.
12-18 Albert Street, Richmond is a high-quality seven-floor commercial office precinct in Melbourne’s Inner East. It was a challenging project from a technical point of view but one we are proud to have been involved in. Our Design Team worked wonders to produce a raked curtain wall perfectly suited for the Bates Smart designed building.
 
Our MAX® SG150 Structural Glaze and Curtain Wall was used for the building’s main façade, while our 600mm deep horizontal sunshade finished the facade off nicely. We were presented with a few challenges throughout the project, but now the job is complete we can look back and appreciate the legacy of another brilliant project.
