Capral is pleased to announce that we have entered into a binding agreement to acquire the business of Comsupply Pty Ltd—an established aluminium systems and hardware distributor based in Perth, Western Australia.
Founded as a family-owned business, Comsupply has built a strong reputation servicing over 350 customers with a diverse product offering across aluminium partition systems, wardrobes, and hardware. The business generates approximately $15 million in annual revenue and is widely recognised in the WA market for its quality service and innovative solutions.
With operations based in Belmont, Comsupply also brings with it the patented QRK partition system—an exciting addition we believe has strong potential for growth through our national specification capabilities.

This acquisition aligns with Capral’s long-term strategy to strengthen our core operations through the addition of complementary businesses.
